Our Compensation Is Transparent, Disclosed, and Available.
- When IBT Consulting can remove set commissions from insurance products, we will.
- If we can’t remove set commission from ancillary insurance products, IBT Consulting will provide on-demand disclosure to all active clients in good-standing.
- If a “bonus” is received from any insurance carrier without notice, IBT Consulting will donate the funds to one of the many charitable organizations we support.

Groups with less than 100 employees who wish to use a small-group solution other than self-funding, including solutions like medical cost sharing, may do so at a fee of $1,000 per month (50-100 employees) and $500 per month (less than 50 employees).
